Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving notice of orders. We ship using the most economical method possible. We package the products to prevent damage within our control. We are not responsible for mail carrier damage nor are we responsible for the shipping times. Please order well in advance of when you need the products. Custom orders take 6-8 weeks before we ship.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email once your order has been processed. We have no control of a package once it leaves our hands. We can not be responsible for a lost or stolen package. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us about optional shipping methods that require a signature, for an additional cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
