At this time we are only shipping within the United States.
Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving notice of orders. We ship using the most economical method possible. We package the products to prevent damage within our control. We are not responsible for mail carrier damage nor are we responsible for the shipping times. Please order well in advance of when you need the products. Custom orders take 6-8 weeks before we ship.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email once your order has been processed. We have no control over a package once it leaves our hands. We can not be responsible for a lost or stolen package. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us about optional shipping methods that require a signature, for an additional cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot restock an item once it leaves our hands. Therefore, We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges. If you would like a sample of something before buying please reach out to us. There is a cost for each sample
Open and inspect your items immediately when they arrive. Any damage must be reported within 2 business days.
We make every attempt to describe the product as accurately as possible on our website so you know exactly what you are buying. If we make a mistake in processing your order, you can be assured that we will correct the error.
