Privacy Policy
Sassy Herbal runs www.thesassyherbal.com. This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 22, 2026.
What we collect
Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. Card details are entered directly with our payment processors, Square or PayPal, and never pass through or are stored on our website.
Contact form: the name, email, phone and message you send us.
Mailing list: the email address you sign up with.
Automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider (Wix) records basic technical details such as browser type, device, pages visited and IP address, and uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure site traffic.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order confirmations and answer your questions. To send our newsletter if you signed up; every email has an unsubscribe link. To keep the website working, prevent fraud and see which pages are useful. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: Wix (website hosting and store), Square and PayPal (payment processing) and our shipping carriers (delivery address only). Each follows its own privacy policy and security standards. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop the shopping cart from working.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any newsletter. To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email TheSassyHerbal@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
