Directions:  Apply a small amount to desired areas and massage in. a little goes a long way- this stuff has opionions

INGREDIENTS: Tallow, Beeswax, Camphor, Menthol, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Nutmeg, Birch,  Clove, wintergreen Thyme, Rosemary

Caution: Not for use on children under the age of 12. Can inhibit Blood Clotting. Not for use if Pregnant or Nursing. Do not use on or near faces of infants and children. External use only.
